Requesting expedited service gives priority over non-expedited applications; however, all estimated processing times are approximate and not definitive.

Refund Policy
All application submissions are final. Once processed, refunds will not be issued. Refunds may only be requested within 48 hours of filing and will only be granted if the application has not yet been processed or submitted to the U.S. DOT/FMCSA. Please note that credit card fees are non-refundable after application submission.
